Zippy yellow mustard, cider vinegar, and a touch of sweetness create an addictive marinade for chicken and chops, and a delicious sauce for just about anything--especially smoked pork shoulder.
Instructions for Use:
Generously coat meat with Major Mustard and marinate for at least an hour (or up to 24 hours) in the refrigerator. Allow meat to come to room temperature before grilling over indirect heat.
Brush meats with Major Mustard during the last 5-10 minutes of grilling over direct heat, flipping as needed for even browning. Serve with additional sauce on the side.
