For a smoky dip, you can grill-roast or smoke an entire bird in advance. Otherwise, save time by utilizing a grocery store rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients
-
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
-
One 8-oz block cream cheese, softened
-
½ cup sour cream
-
½ cup Buffalo sauce
-
1 tsp Rodeo Ranch
-
½ cup chopped green onion, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients but the green onion.
Transfer mixture to a cast iron skillet and bake for 15 minutes or until the dip is heated through.
Top with green onion and serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, crackers or your favorite veggies.
