Pimento cheese is fully customizable; you can sub in most of our other blends and add in other goodies to taste. I like diced pickled or fresh jalapeños for a little extra kick.
Ingredients
-
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 block (8oz) cream cheese, softened
-
½ cup mayonnaise, preferably Duke’s
-
1 4-oz jar diced pimento, drained
-
1 tsp Rodeo Ranch
Directions
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients with a spoon or rubber spatula. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to marry.
