Calling all noodle lovers: Our Asian-inspired blend of Korean chile flakes, ginger, shallots, and sesame seeds can be used as a condiment (for instant ramen or takeout) or in your favorite noodle recipes (e.g. cold sesame noodles, vermicelli, soba, udon, yakitori). With a kick of heat, Noodle House is also delicious on chicken, pork, steak, shrimp, fish, and tofu (need we suggest piling those proteins on…noodles?)

FLAVOR PROFILE

The aromatic melding of Korean chile flakes, ginger, shallots, sesame seeds, and a kick of lime delivers umami oomph and appealing texture to a wide range of Asian preparations.

INGREDIENTS

Salt, brown sugar, sugar, spices (including red pepper, black pepper, gochugaru chile and ginger), garlic, sesame seed, onion, soy sauce powder (wheat, soybeans, salt), shallots, toasted onion, crystallized lime (citric acid, lime oil, lime juice), citric acid and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking. Contains Wheat, Soy, Sesame.
