Big Sunday Poutine
Canadians know what’s up. I mean, really — fries, cheese, gravy — who’s not down for that combo? This pub classic comes together quick, thanks to frozen French fries and the wonder of our instant gravy packets. We’re going with Big Sunday Brown Gravy this round, but our Big Gobbler Turkey Gravy is also a delicious move.

Two tips for a home run recipe; season your fries with Potato Slayer and once your bowl is built, let it rest for a bit. The hot fries and gravy will melt the cheese curds and create a bowl of gooey perfection.
Ingredients
-
Frozen French fries (we like using steak cut)
-
Potato Slayer seasoning
-
Cheese curds (we found them in the specialty cheese section at Kroger)
-
Big Sunday Brown Gravy mix
Directions
Pull out cheese curds from fridge. You don’t want them too cold.
Cook the French fries based on the package directions. We got great results from air frying.
While the fries are cooking, make the gravy by following the directions on the packet.
Pull fries when golden brown and season them immediately with Potato Slayer.
Build bowl of poutine as follows: Fries, curds, fries, LOTS of curds, gravy.
Let things melt for a few minutes and EAT!
