1 yellow onion

1 green bell pepper

Butter and oil

2 ¼-lb beef patties
-
Steak King chophouse blend
-
2 slices white American cheese
-
2 slices provolone cheese
-
Mayo
-

Directions
Preheat Griddle to 425F degrees.
Prep veggies and cook on griddle with 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter until caramelized.
Form beef into ¼ lb balls and smash on griddle. Season the patties with Steak King and flip patties after 90% of the way cooked.
Next add the American and provolone cheese and let melt.
Assemble and devour.
