Hot Honey Ham Skewers with Grilled Pineapple

This recipe is a lot of fun to make, and using double skewers (see pics) will ensure the good times roll, and not your ham, as you position and flip things during the cook.
As you can imagine, a big spiral ham can create quite a few skewers full of meat. Depending on your grill, you may have to work in batches, or save some of the extra ham for other uses.
Ingredients

1 8-10 pound spiral ham kit with honey glaze packet

2 pounds pineapple rings, sliced in quarters

Directions
Preheat grill to 375°F.
Using a slicing knife, begin to cut up the spiral ham into small pieces. Due to the shape of the ham, the pieces will look different. Just keep them around 2 square inches in size.
Using double skewers, tightly stack two pieces of pineapple, then three inches of ham, and repeat until the skewer is full. Prepare as many skewers as needed.
Squeeze the included honey glaze packet into a bowl and mix in Morning Buzz to taste. One teaspoon is a good place to start.
Over indirect heat, place ham skewers on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the ham begins to sweat and form a slightly darker exterior color with some crisping edges.
Brush the entire skewers with hot honey glaze, covering both the ham and pineapple pieces.
Allow glaze to tack up for about 5 minutes before pulling the skewers to cool. Using a fork or tongs, remove the pieces from the skewers and serve.
