Ingredients

Noodle House Asian spice blend
-
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Instant ramen (we used Shin Gold)
-
1 egg per bowl, fried to your liking
-
Green onions, cilantro, and Serrano pepper, finely sliced

1 lime wedge, for finishing
Directions
Grill up some chicken thighs in advance, season with Noodle House.
Follow cooking directions on ramen package. Pour in bowl.
Fry egg, season with Noodle House to your liking. Add to bowl.
Add sliced chicken to bowl and finish assembling by dropping in those sliced green goodies, a squeeze of lime and a little extra Noodle House.
Recipe Note
Since Noodle House contains salt, you can hold back on the seasoning that’s included in the ramen package.
