Ingredients

1 pound of ground breakfast sausage
-
1 medium onion, diced
-
1 packet Fire & Smoke Society Taco Seasoning
-
10 oz can of Rotel
-
8 oz canned chopped green chiles
-
32 oz Velveeta, cubed
-
Queso fresco, chopped jalapeño and cilantro, for topping
-
Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
In a large skillet, brown breakfast sausage on med-high heat.
Add diced onion and cook down, mixing frequently.
Season with Fire & Smoke Society Taco Seasoning.
Lower heat, add Rotel and green chiles, mix.
Add Velveeta and melt on low, stirring frequently.
Queso is ready when completely melted. Add toppings to your liking.
