Ingredients

4 - ½ lb 80/20 beef patties
-
Back Porch Burger Blend
-
Buns
-
Lettuce
-
Tomato
-
White onion
-
Pickles
-
American dheese
-
Yellow mustard
Directions
Start by setting up your grill for indirect heat at 350°F.
Next season your patties and let rest for 15 minutes.
Place the patties on the opposite side of the fire until they reach an internal of 130°F degrees.
While you wait, cut up and prepare the veggies and other fixings.
Once the patties come up to temp, sear on both sides for 2 minutes.
Next, place the patties back on the other side of the grill, top with cheese, and close the lid to melt.
Assemble and chow down.
