Buffalo Chicken Caesar Sandwich
Turning salads into sandwiches might just be our latest obsession. This crispy creation takes everything you love about a chicken Caesar salad—juicy chicken, fresh greens, and tangy Caesar dressing—and adds a spicy buffalo kick, all nestled between two perfectly toasted pieces of bread. Mmmm!

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Chica Licka Bam Bam seasoning
-
2 eggs
-
2 cups milk
-
Mr. Schnitzel Crispy Coating
-
Vegetable oil, for frying

Buffalo sauce, to taste
-
8 slices bread of your choice
-
Caesar dressing
-
Lettuce leaves
-
Shredded carrots
Directions
Season chicken thighs with Chica Licka Bam Bam.
Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour with eggs and milk.
Shake off any excess marinade before coating both sides of the chicken with Mr. Schnitzel Crispy Coating.
Fry at 350° for 5 minutes, until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F.
Toss the chicken in your favorite buffalo sauce and then build your sandwich.
Toast bread, slap some Caesar dressing on it, buffalo the chicken, finish with lettuce and shredded carrots.
