Quick N’ Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1-2 lbs baby potatoes
-
Oil, for frying
-
Potato Slayer seasoning
-
Hot sauce
-
Chives
Directions
Boil potatoes until fully cooked. Drain.
Use bottom of glass cup to gently smash each potato to about ½” thickness.
In a well-oiled skillet, crisp up smashed potatoes over med-high heat.
While sizzling, sprinkle Potato Slayer on each potato.
Flip and pull when crispy and browned.
Serve immediately with hot sauce and chives!
