For the sauce
Directions
Season drumsticks in a pan with Chica Licka Bam Bam and set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes uncovered. This will help the skin crisp.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk. Cover and set in fridge.
Set up grill for indirect cooking at med-high heat. Place drumsticks directly over coals, turning frequently and allowing heat to crisp (but not burn) the skin.
Once skin is nicely browned with a slight char, pile drumsticks on the opposite, cooler side of the grill. Close lid and allow drumsticks to cook through.
Pull. Rest. Dunk.
