Ingredients

1 whole chicken, spatchcocked

Chica Licka Bam Bam seasoning

1 tsp baking powder
-
4 tbsp unsalted butter

Hot sauce
Directions
Fire up the grill. Set it up for indirect cooking.
Season spatchcocked bird with about 2 tbsp of Chica Licka Bam Bam mixed with baking powder.
In a pan, melt butter and stir in hot sauce and a shake of Chica Licka Bam Bam. Set aside.
Grill chicken indirect at 325°F for about an hour or until the bird hits an internal temp of about 145°F.
Begin basting bird every five minutes until the internal temp hits 165°F.
Pull. Rest. Cut. Serve.
