Directions
Start off by lighting some charcoal in a chimney. While you wait for that to burn, slice the top off of the garlic head. Place it on a square of tin foil. Salt heavily, and drizzle heavily with olive oil. Wrap.
Pour the coals onto one side of the grill. Place the garlic on the opposite side of the grill. It should take about 45 minutes for the garlic to roast. Target temp is 375°F - 400°F.
Let’s make some burgers. Form the meat into ⅓ lb patties. Generously season with the Delicious Mix on all sides. We like to wait to grill the burgers until the garlic is almost done.
Once the garlic is near finished, throw the burgers directly over the coals for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Before assembling the burger, you can top with garlic and parm, then throw back on the grill and shut the lid for the cheese to melt. If you have a torch it works great here, too.
Last, assemble the burger. Toasted bun, mayo, greens, patty, garlic, parm, and top bun with more mayo!
