Animal Style In-N-Out Burger

Ingredients

Ground beef
-
Mustard
-
Burger Royale seasoning
-
American cheese slices
-
White onions, chopped
-
Pickle slices
-
Tomato, sliced
-
Iceburg lettuce
-
Burger buns
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
3 tablespoons ketchup
-
½ tablespoon white vinegar
-
½ tablespoon granulated sugar
-
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
-
Delicious Mix
For the burger sauce
Directions
On a well-oiled griddle over high heat, smash patties.
Immediately hit tops of patties with a squirt of mustard and Burger Royale seasoning. Flip when nice and crispy on the bottom.
Immediately top with American cheese and pull when melted.
Clear griddle, re-oil and quickly grill onions.
Combine all sauce ingredients.
Build burger as follows, bottom to top: Bun, sauce, pickles, tomato, lettuce, double cheese patties, grilled onions, more sauce, bun.
