Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Yellow mustard

Honey Garlic BBQ rub seasoning

BBQ sauce
-
Brown sugar
-
Butter
-
Hawaiian rolls

Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Rub down chicken breasts with yellow mustard and generously season with Honey Garlic.
Throw chicken over direct heat, develop some color and then move to indirect heat to cook to 145°F.
Pull chicken, rest for about 5 minutes, and then shred.
Throw shredded chicken in an aluminum pan and add a heavy drizzle of BBQ sauce, a sprinkle of brown sugar and plenty of butter pats.
Cover with foil and bring back to the grill for everything to melt down, about 10-15 minutes.
Pull pan and uncover. Mix up chicken, lay down split Hawaiian rolls on a pan, top with chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and more BBQ sauce.
Toast sliders on grill until cheese is melted. Serve to friends!
