1 whole chicken, spatchcocked

Roasted Garlic seasoning

1-2 tall boy light beers

Gallon ziplock bag
Directions
Put the chicken in the zip lock bag, add half a bottle of Roasted Garlic and fill with 1-2 tall boys.
Move the mixture around a bit to evenly incorporate the spices. Close bag and chill for 1-2 hours.
Remove chicken, pat dry with paper towels and generously season with Roasted Garlic.
Grill or smoke the chicken over indirect heat at 350°F for about 1 hour or until the deepest parts of the bird reach 165°F.
Pull, cool, carve, serve.
