This one’s for the pickle lovers. Creamy ricotta, smoky bacon, and tangy dill pickles aided by the Garlic Salt that brings the whole pie together. While a drizzle of ranch and fresh dill after grilling adds the perfect cool, herbaceous finish.

Whether you’re firing up the grill or baking in the oven, this pizza delivers big flavor with minimal effort. Use a store-bought pizza dough to keep it simple, and don’t be shy with the pickles, they are the star of the show.
Ingredients

Pizza dough

Olive oil

Ricotta cheese

Fire & Smoke Society Garlic Salt

Shredded cheese

Thinly sliced pickles

Crispy bacon, broken up into small pieces

Ranch dressing
-
Fresh dill, chopped

Crushed red pepper
Directions
Preheat oven, grill or pizza oven to at least 500°F. The hotter the better.
Preheat pizza stone or cooking surface.
Shake some cornmeal onto your pizza peel and stretch out dough.
Top as follows: a drizzle of olive oil, a thin layer of ricotta, garlic salt, shredded cheese, lots of pickle slices, and bacon.
Slide pizza onto cooking surface and bake until dough is fully cooked and crispy on the bottom.
Pull pizza and top with a drizzle with ranch, chopped dill and red pepper flakes.
Slice and serve.
