Deviled Egg Salad Sandwich
This "no recipe" recipe for our twist on an egg salad sandwich is the perfect addition to your Easter menu this year. Our Sweet Preacher pork bbq rub gives all the flavor you want for a deviled egg, and is now available at Sam’s Club, Walmart, Kroger and Publix.

Chef’s tips: When making the egg salad mixture, remember to add a bit of the ingredients, mix, taste, and then adjust to your liking. This may take a few rounds of finding the flavor you want.
Hard boiled eggs are perfect at 11 minutes in boiling water. Soft boiled are perfect at 8 minutes.
Ingredients

8 hard boiled eggs, cooled

Mayo
-
Sweet Preacher
-
Bacon
-
Chives
-
Dill
-
Lemon
-
Hot sauce
-
Sandwich bread
-
4 soft boiled eggs, cooled
Directions
In a mixing bowl, break up the hard boiled eggs and add in, to your taste, a half-cup of mayo, a shake of Sweet Preacher, chopped bacon, chives, dill, a squeeze of lemon and dash of hot sauce.
Place half of a soft boiled egg in the middle of a piece of bread, surround it with the deviled egg salad mix, then top with another bread slice. Cut and garnish side with more Sweet Preacher, chives and bits of bacon.
Eat immediately or chill in the fridge inside a covered container for later. Eat within 24 hours.
