Ingredients

1 lb penne pasta, cooked al dente
½ link of sausage, sliced, we used andouille
½ yellow onion, diced
1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
Fat Granny’s Cajun seasoning
1-3 cloves minced garlic
Splash of white wine
½ stick butter
½ cup heavy cream
Grated parmesan

Directions

Cook and drain pasta.
In a large pot over high heat, cook sausage until crispy.
Add onion and chicken. Season lightly with Fat Granny’s Cajun. Stir and let chicken cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic and stir for an additional minute.
Deglaze pot with a splash of white wine.
Set heat to med-low and add butter. Stir until melted.
Stir in heavy cream, add more seasoning to taste, and add pasta. Stir everything together.
Add parmesan, taste test and serve. Eat immediately!
