Ingredients

Country-style ribs (pre-cut or cut them yourself from a pork butt)

Any of our BBQ rubs (we used Sweet Preacher and Honey Garlic seasonings)

Skewers (optional)

1 cup BBQ sauce
-
¼ cup honey
-
2 tsp BBQ rub
For the BBQ glaze:
Directions
Preheat grill or smoker to 250°F.
Season ribs with BBQ rubs and optionally skewer them.
Place ribs on grates, opposite of heat, and smoke for 2 hours.
Combine glaze ingredients in a cup and baste ribs.
Flip ribs after 30 minutes and baste again.
Ribs should be fork-tender after an additional 30 minutes of cooking.
If skewers are not tender after 3 ours of cooking, wrap in foil and cook for an additional hour, checking every 30 minutes.
